The data lives in Supabase with per-user authentication and permissions per role and per school: each person sees only the information for their own school and their own students. Staff accounts are created and revoked by the school itself.
They see the whole school: students, attendance, ID cards, announcements and the setup for the school year. They create and revoke staff accounts.
Supports day-to-day operations: adding students, ID cards, looking up records and messaging with families.
Opens their classes, takes attendance by period and subject, checks their schedule and answers messages. They don't see other groups' data.
A dedicated device account. It only scans ID cards in Check-in or Check-out mode: it can't open the panel or see data from other schools.
The school is created with its details and its administrator users. Grade levels are seeded automatically based on the type, elementary or middle school.
Entire cohorts in a single upload, with student ID, CURP, grade and group. Medical records and guardians are filled in afterwards.
The panel produces the PDF with each student's QR code, by school and by group, ready to print.
