Delete my account
You can delete your WiziApp account yourself, from the app, without asking anyone for authorization and without writing to support.
From the app
- 1 Open WiziApp and sign in to your account.
- 2 Go to the profile section.
- 3 Open the account settings.
- 4 Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

What gets deleted
- Your account details: name, email address, phone number and password.
- The link between your account and the students you had associated as a guardian.
- Your conversations and your device's registration for notifications.
What remains, and why
The student's school record (student ID, grade, group and their attendance records) belongs to the school, not to your guardian account: deleting your account does not erase the school history the school administers.

How long it takes
[TO BE COMPLETED] State the real period between the request and definitive deletion (for example, "up to 30 calendar days"). Do not publish this page without that figure: the app stores review it.
If you can't do it from the app
Write to us at contacto@wizi.com.mx from the email address you signed up with, stating that you are requesting the deletion of your account. We verify identity before proceeding.
