How it works
Three steps, with nobody typing anything in by hand.

At the entrance, access staff read the QR code on the school ID card using the app's scanner mode.
Step 2
The scan is saved to the attendance history with its exact time, as a check-in or a check-out.

The push notification reaches your phone right then, without you having to ask or call the school.

No. Check-in and check-out records, messages and announcements are all generated by the school, so WiziApp works once the school is set up on the platform. If you're interested, you can share this page with your school's administration so they can request a demo.
Full name, CURP, student ID, grade, group and school affiliation. If you authorize it, the medical record as well: blood type, allergies, notes and emergency contacts. That information is only visible to the school they are enrolled in and to authorized teachers. The full detail is in the privacy notice.
Yes. From the My children section you can keep all of your children in the same account, each with their photo, student ID, grade, group and school details, and switch between them without signing out.
From the app itself, in your profile settings, with the delete account option. You don't need to write to anyone or wait for authorization. The account deletion page explains what is erased and how long it takes.
Yes. WiziApp is published on the App Store and on Google Play, and the school panel works in any browser.
The administrative panel isn't installed: it runs in the browser. The only thing placed physically is a phone or tablet with the app in scanner mode at the entrance, to read the ID cards.

Yes. Someone who manages several schools can switch schools from the same panel, without signing out or juggling different credentials. Permissions are still per school: each user sees only the information for their own.
